Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Line a deep 30 x 22cm baking tray with greaseproof paper.

Empty the cake sachet (1 pack) into a bowl and add the milk (100 ml), eggs (3) and softened butter (100 g). Whisk for 1 minute to combine, then spoon into the prepared tin.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted. Cool for a few minutes in the tin, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Spread the icing (1 tub) over the cooled cake then decorate with the Colin’s greatest bits (50 g) and sprinkles (2 tbsp). Cut into 16 squares.
