Place the halved cherries (200 g) in a bowl, pour over the cherry brandy liqueur (3 tbsp) and leave to soak for at least 2 hours, or overnight if time allows.

Add the granola (100 g) to a food processor and blitz until it resembles a coarse crumb.

Stir the melted butter (50 g) into the granola until evenly combined.

Spoon the granola mixture into the bases of four small glasses or pots, leaving it loose rather than pressing it down.

In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese (50 g), mascarpone (100 g) and icing sugar (50 g) until smooth.

Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture over the granola bases. Top each pot with a spoonful of cherry conserve (2 tbsp).

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

To serve, garnish with the soaked king cherries and finish with white chocolate shavings (50 g).
