A mix of 2 parts ground ginger and ground cinnamon to 1 part ground clove and ground nutmeg

M&S smooth almond butter
to taste
maple syrup

Method

Step 1
Put the carrot (1) , apple (1) , porridge oats (180 g) , pumpkin spice seasoning (2 g) , raisins (75 g) and almond drink (850 mL) in a pan along with a pinch of salt. Cook over a medium heat, stirring, for 10-15 minutes, until thick and creamy.
Step 2
Serve topped with the almond butter (20 g) , a drizzle of maple syrup (to taste) , flaked almonds (to taste) and an extra pinch of pumpkin spice. Add a splash of extra almond drink, if you like.
