Easy to use and easy to clean and a very good price too.

Perfect poached eggs, the plastic cups means the eggs slide out easily. You can also use the pan for scrambled and fried eggs.

My old one I had for years needed replacing sadly. Shame as it made perfect poached eggs. There is no steam hole in the lid, so there is a layer of water on top of the egg from the steam dropping down. The egg takes ages to cook. Far longer than my old one and it gets rubbery at bottom by the time the top is cooked. I tried to get around the pool of water problem by putting slightly less water in the pan and leaving the lid slightly to the side. Trouble is the egg was taking longer than ever to cook, so left for a bit longer and sadly the water dried in the less than a minute of checking it and the cups completely melted! Pan now in the bin and I’m so mad that all that money was totally wasted.

I have only had it about 4 weeks but unfortunately, by accident, the water boiled dry whilst poaching eggs and the cups all melted! I would like some replacements if it is possible.
