NO MORE HOT HANDLES
Pan was exactly what I wanted.I was impressed with the handle as it was not hot to touch when being used for cooking. Unlike stainless steel ones which can be very hot to touch. Very easily cleaned. Good purchase.

Use this regularly and have not found fault with it yet. It does appear to be very non stick; it is heavy but not too heavy to lift to worktop or the sink to wash when empty. I specifically wanted it t for putting in the oven and has worked well. However I put the lid in on one occasion and the handle started to melt. Obviously It was not also oven safe!
