Rubbish because the steam pours out from under the lid where the handle is. Making the handle drip over the hob with condensation and burning my hand touching the handle. It doesn't matter which way you turn the lid the steam always escapes at this point!

I already owned one of these large saucepans which came as a set of 3 different sizes. My friend burnt my large saucepan so I needed to replace it and thankfully I could buy just this size on it's own. It's a great pan and really good quality for the price. I would have given 5 stars if the lid had vents and the pan had a small spout, which I have on another pan. Otherwise this is a great workhorse and you wont' be disappointed.
