Purchased to replace a smaller, worn Teflon coated non-stick frying pan which was only used very occasionally to fry the odd egg! This anodised pan is great (it’s a frying pan so perhaps we shouldn’t get too excited!!). I purchased the 24cm version and have used it far more than I thought I would. Very versatile - i.e. big enough to do a bolognaise sauce for 2/3, and have found I use it a lot. The instructions say to heat it gently when first putting into heat source, which I’ve done, and had no problems with warping as another reviewer noted. Have not tried it in the oven yet, but cooks evenly on induction hob. It also just wipes clean. Having used anodised I definitely wouldn’t buy another Teflon non-stick coated pan again. Very seldomly write reviews but felt this pan is worthy of one! Purchased in the sale, so a true bargain, but would have paid full price for this.
