Cast Aluminium 3L Casserole Dish

Purchased this to make a savoury Tarte Tatin and other hob to oven dishes! Have used it twice and both dishes turned out really well and the pan is really easy to care for. It’s lovely and light too.

I originally bought the larger casserole and was really pleased with it so decided to buy the smaller one for when I was cooking for just myself. It is none stick you can pop it in the oven after browning the meat etc on the hob, and it looks really stylish to serve from at the table. Love it.

Ideal size for cooking for two. Easy to clean, just leave to soak for a short time. Can be used on the hob and in the oven.

My daughter was looking for a pan that she could use on both the hob and in the oven. I saw this and thought it would suit her and when it arrived I was really impressed. I bought the cream and it is a lovely soft colour and the pan is not heavy at all so it is much more practical that the big heavy ones. I am very pleased with the purchase.

This is the size and weight I was looking for in a replacement casserole. I abandoned my heavy cast iron pan as it was getting prohibitively heavy to remove from the oven. This fitted the bill perfectly. However as other reviews have said the handles get very hot and it is absolutely essential to use oven gloves. Having said that I am delighted with my purchase.

A first class casserole dish, better than my old heavy cast iron one which I can no longer lift.

Lovely pot lightweight and stylish but easy to clean

Excellent pot,so far after several uses and so much lighter than my cast iron, older one. Easy to clean. Good price.

My previous casserole dish was a glass hand me down, in comparison this is so modern! I love that it can be used on the hob, in the oven and on the table and that being aluminium, as opposed to cast iron, it is so light. I like the plain unfussy look too. I went for black rather than the lighter colours as I thought any burnt on food that couldn’t be removed would show less but don’t think that would have been a problem as the non stick coating does exactly what it is supposed to do. Definitely recommend.
