Purchased for a new mattress, which is harder than expected. Looked at reviews first and seemed overall to be positive. Concerned when picked up as seemed very light package. On opening not as thick as expected. Certainly not worth cost. If half that price would be more appropriate. Not fit for purpose. Tried to return but informed that mattress toppers cannot be returned once packaging is opened. No one told me about this at point of purchase. Not sure how customers are able to inspect a product unless opened!
