Bought this as I thought it might not shrink like the cotton ones always do. It actually fits the mattress comfortably without having to grapple the last corner on which has been a problem I've found with other covers of late. It certainly is quick to wash and dry, though I haven't put it in the dryer (don't want to tempt fate on the shrinkage!)
