This mattress is advertised as ‘soft’ but it is most definitely not. Hidden in the description it is described as ‘medium soft’. the which contradicts the other description. It does not keep me cooler either. Soft beds are for lightweight side sleepers and this bed has failed completely. I bitterly regret this purchase and there is no point in and exchange as this is Silentnight’s only soft mattress.

I have had some really comfortable, long nights of sleep since getting our new mattress. It arrived and was packaged really well. Although it took a while to unpack, it was well protected. Exactly what you'd hope for when you're ordering an expensive item. The mattress itself is made with memory cool, which I Silentnights cooler, sink-in memory foam. It's made with graphite infused particles within the foam, allowing heat to dissipate. The mattress is thick and as soon as you sit or lay on it, you melt into it. I would highly recommend, as myself and my partner now look forward to a comfortable night sleep every night. Which in our opinion, makes this priceless!

I've used it for 3 nights and can say it's for sure supportive, I was worried at first because they only did "soft" however it's not fall into the mattress soft it holds your body weight and let's you turn without disturbing your partner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing you’ll notice is that this mattress is huge! At 37cm deep, it’s significantly taller than a standard mattress. Once it’s on the bed, you’re sitting quite high up, which takes a little getting used to. Be prepared to buy extra deep fitted sheets and a protector to match the size. It’s rated as medium/soft and I’d say that’s spot on. The plush box top gives a soft, cushioned feel as you lie down, but there’s a reassuring level of support underneath that stops you from sinking too far. It took a couple of nights to fully adjust, but overall it feels very comfortable and well-balanced. One thing that really stood out is the cooling effect. It seems to work well. Despite some unusually warm nights here in the UK, we haven’t experienced any overheating or night sweats, which is a huge bonus. Motion isolation is impressive too. You barely notice when someone else moves or gets out of bed, which has definitely helped with uninterrupted sleep. No noticeable aches or pressure points so far and it’s very easy to get comfortable. It feels especially good for back and side sleepers. Still testing how it performs for stomach sleeping but early signs are encouraging. Overall we’re really pleased. It’s a high-quality, luxurious-feeling mattress that offers comfort, support and temperature control all in one. A great upgrade.

It’s an absolute giant of a mattress, wasn’t sure it would go up the stairs. Thank goodness it has, it’s been a serious life changer. Very supportive and soothing on sore muscles added to the fact I now sleep like a baby. When buying this you definitely need extra deep fitted sheets.
