Thought it was big pricey but I’ve been sleeping on it for a week now and it’s made a massive difference to my sleep. Fully rested no pains I’d highly recommend this

I have only been using this for a week or so, but I have been waking up with a painful back each morning. So Jury is out!

We have had the mattress for a week and find it very comfortable so far. It was described as medium firmness and it is. It is very well made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is very deep filled and is super comfortable, so comfortable you can fall asleep in seconds, it’s like sleeping on a cloud. Doesn’t make any noise when tossing and turning is so refreshing to sleep on my whole body feels relaxed the next morning no aches and pains in my back at all. Also when my husband rolls over it doesn’t affect my sleeping at all you cannot feel anything and just lay so relaxed so is perfect for having a peaceful night sleep. I would definitely recommend this mattress but feel it shouldn’t be put as a cooling mattress as that is the only issue with mattress is it says cool top 2000 and has the cooling gel in to make sleeping more cooler but I don’t think this works as it’s absolutely boiling sleeping on this mattress not cooler and wake up sweating so think this description should be removed from the mattress information, Apart from that this mattress would have had a 5 star rating but that’s the only downfall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have waited few weeks to test the mattress before this review. And all I can say it is the best mattress I've ever had or ever slept on. I suffer with back and neck pain and since I have this mattress I had no pain at all. The pillow top which contains memory foam is just so comfortable makes you feel like you sink in with no pressure points on the body, mattress itself is very thick, sturdy and heavy, you can't feel when the person next to you is moving around, so the sleep is totally interupted. The 2000 pocket springs are doing their job for undisturbed sleep. It's also breathable, so if you suffer with night sweating this is just a perfect choice, body temperature control is amazing. I can honestly say this was my best choice and I can finally sleep properly and wake up with no pain. 100% reccomend.

Not only is it comfortable, it offers great support and is very breathable which has been a big help in the warm weather we’ve had recently. The pillow top on this mattress gives it’s a very luxurious feel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Silentnight Memory Cool 2000 pillow top Mattress is special, very comfortable, and cooling. Is exactly what I need for this hot weather and I could feel the difference. I woke up more rested and relaxed so it's helping me and my husband a lot. The material is soft and premium, doesn't make any weird sounds and doesn't move when one of us is moving in bed. It's a good value for money and we received 2 pillows extra for free so it's just the perfect set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Silentnight mattress, and I'm very pleased with it. It has a medium firmness that is just perfect for my son. He previously slept on a foam mattress (memory + base foam) and would sweat excessively. This one is a big improvement—he sleeps much more comfortably now. We've already rotated it as advised, and he says it's very comfortable. He doesn't feel the springs at all. One thing that usually bothers me is the lack of detailed specifications on the website. There’s no clear profile of the mattress or a full breakdown of its materials. As shown in my video, there’s a paper attached to the mattress that lists the full details: the memory foam is only 2 cm thick, with additional foam padding and 375 gsm of microbond pad. I originally thought it only contained springs and memory foam. Lastly, one of the corners isn't perfectly straight, but it’s a minor issue—not worth returning the mattress over.

I was a bit nervous, because my mum needs something soft for her hips, but my dad likes a firm mattress for the support. I thought this pillow top medium one would be a good compromise, and I’m so glad I took the chance! They both LOVE it. Mum says her hip pain is gone, and that the pillow top is soft enough to be comfy but firm enough to make sure your curves are supported, which she struggled with before. My dad says he was “pleasantly surprised” by how comfortable he found it and that it “suits admirably”. (This may not sound like much but trust me, that is HIGH praise.) They’ve both been sleeping much better. Even full price it would be much less than their previous mattress and they both find it more comfortable, so definitely worth the money. I’ll be looking for one when it’s time for me to update my mattress!

I am extremely happy with my new mattress. I sleep very well at night and I wake up very relaxed and not in pain any more. It is an absolutely amazing mattress and is a great value for money buy. I love it and is a must to have a great sleep .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to be offered an opportunity to test Silentnight memory cool 2000 pilowtop mattress...ordering was easy and we got to pick a day for a delivery, which was great. Day before delivery we got allocated 4 hour time slot and on the day of the delivery we received phone call to tell us that our new mattress is about 45 minutes away...they did offered to take our mattress to the bedroom and also collected our old one ( however, you do need to request this service when ordering) .. Now onto the important part...how is the actual mattress? It's great! It's like a firm cloud...not too hard and not too soft...comfortable for back, front or side sleepers...we been sleeping on it for a week now and I have no complains...I gave the 4 * instead of 5* only because...it does say cool, but ...in this hot weather I still feel quite hot...
