EA must have changed the formula and added more Retinol. Too much for me. This product gave me red welts along my cheekbones. The welts subsided in a day but the redness lasted several more days. Very disappointing. I am a long-time EA customer, but am now exploring other brands.

It’s a bit early to expect any visible results, but this is a nice cream to use and as I love the retinol skin cream which I have used for a very long time, I am hopeful! I apply this after eye serum and my skin feels velvety soft. I read some reviews where some users said this product made skin dry and irritated. Perhaps this was the need to get used to using retinol? I couldn’t say, but I certainly haven’t experienced any adverse reactions. I’m happy to keep this as a new part of my routine

That cream is honestly magical! I am 35, some fine line starting to appear,with 2 young kids so many sleepless nights, and all life under eye dark circles sufferer, and no eye cream has ever made any significant difference for me. I have been use this one, and all of a sudden my undereye skin is bright and fresh and I have received multiple compliments for it! I absolutely love this cream and will be buying it indefinitely!

I used a sample and it burned the skin around my eyes after two uses. No sun exposure, no other products with retinol or acids used in combination. This is the first time in decades that I get a bad reaction. After one week the area is still red. Please beware of this product… really disappointing and unsafe

Burned the skin where I applied it after first application. Never had a problem with EA products before so was surprised. Disappointed too. It's been a few days and skin is still dry but I'm working on it but I will not use this product again.

I have used this eye cream for some time however this time around it has made the skin under my eyes red and sore and I have had to stop using it. I don't know if you have changed the product or if this is a personal issue. I have been using the ceramide eye cream instead and the skin around my eyes have recovered but I am a little afraid to try this cream again.

Unfortunately I had a very bad reaction to this cream. The morning after use, my under eyes stung and were puffy and swollen, with existing lines actually looking deeper than before. The cream has made my eyes look awful. So strange as I regularly use Elizabeth Arden ceramide capsules with no negative side effects. I love those, but sadly, this eye cream is too harsh for me

I like eye cream. It’s moisturizing yet doesn’t make my under eye area look shiny after i have applied concealer. I also have ridiculously sensitive skin that’s getting worse in my 40s but this doesn’t irritate it at all. Other creams give me hives or cause my skin to peel. The only thing I don’t like about this eye cream is the container. I feel that the pump wastes a lot of product and you can’t get the rest out when it’s low. I hope they will switch it to a jar eventually.

The price is a little high on this so I’m not sure if I’ll repurchase because of that. But, I have very sensitive skin and this doesn’t irritate it at all. I have been using it during the day under makeup. It’s moisturizing but it doesn’t stay greasy so concealer goes on well over it

The container top no longer presses down to release the cream, I’ve only brought this product less than a month ago. The cream is good and I have the face cream to match but the release mechanism is faulty.
