For the price I am very dissapointed, the eye patches slide off the face and the shape of them I find quite awkward. I also experienced that when used in the morning before applying make up, the formula makes makeup pill and peal off the skin. Would not repurchase

Thank you for your review on our Isotonic Hydra-Gel Eye Masks. We are truly sorry to hear that they slid off and caused your makeup to pill. Our gel masks are deeply saturated with hydrating serum, due to this, they can initially be slippery. To help them stay in place, we recommend applying them to completely clean, dry skin and relaxing for a minute or two while they adhere. The pilling you experienced is often caused by excess serum drying on the skin. For morning use, we suggest gently patting in or rinsing away any remaining residue after removing the patches before applying your makeup, or saving them for a relaxing evening routine instead.

I have only been using these for 4 days and can already see a difference around my eyes. Not only do they look less puffy but they are hydrated and look fresh. I like to keep these in the fridge so they are lovely and cold when applied which helps with the de puffing. Yet another great product for ESPA . This will defiantly be a product I shall re purchase in the future

Not my favourite Espa product, even though the eye patches are packed with serum they don’t stay put under the eyes and keep sliding down. Also not great wearing them before applying makeup as my concealer turned flaky. I did however noticed my eye area brighter and less looking tired.

We're delighted to hear that you noticed a brighter and less tired appearance around your eyes after using the masks. For the best results, we recommend applying the masks to freshly cleansed, dry skin. To help them adhere better, you could try gently pressing them into place and then relaxing for the first few minutes of the treatment to allow the serum to begin absorbing.

When the pot is opened you can barely see the eye masks. Each mask is quite thin and a bit slippy when trying to handle. Plenty of gel in the pot, only used once seemed to do the job

These eye masks are very expensive and had hoped I would really enjoy using them, quite the opposite - they are too moist and fall down your face so you can't relax in them. I buy a lot of ESPA products as I love the brand but I won't be buying these eye masks again.

Application of these eye gel pads is easy with the small set of tweezers included and there is no slippage once in place! Been using them for several weeks now and notice visible improvement on dehydration lines around my eye contours. The sensation is cooling and soothing on the delicate skin around the eye.

Bought this on a whim and with faith in Espa products after using a similar product. Very pleasantly surprised, they are liberally lubricated in serum, which also absorbs easily without tackiness. I'm convinced they reduced the deeper lines under my eyes which just means, I'm going to have to keep buying it!

I used the Isotonic hydra gel eye mask for the first time today. My eyes look refreshed and less tired after using them. They are nice and cooling to the skin when you put them on. It’s best to lie down when wearing them or they slip down your cheek. Looking forward to using them again.
