When did ESPA change the 24 hour moisturiser ingredients? Just used my regular order and the colour and smell are different and my skin now feels greasy! Very disappointed as I've been using ESPA for years 😕

I have been buying this moisturiser for years and my favourite thing about it was the smell - it was so relaxing, I put it on before bed and it helps me sleep. The smell is now almost none existent - what remains is very faint and smells weird. Please please bring back the old moisturiser, if my next tub is like this I will not be buying again!

This moisturiser has changed so much! I have used it for years and my skin was perfect and the scent was gorgeous. I recently restocked it as part of a marked down Christmas set and initially I thought it had maybe sat on a shelf too long. It had no smell, was so so thick and burned my skin! I gave it another chance and bought a brand new jar and it's the same. So disappointed, what has happened?

I recently purchased this moisturiser and while I actually like the results I just can't get past the weird smell. It smells like it's gone off. I already use the over night therapy moisturiser which smells lovely and expected the same from an expensive day cream. I feel extremely disappointed that it doesn't have the usual luxury spa scent of other espa products

Would recommend this face cream. Nothing else seems to work quite as well for me. It leaves my face feeling hydrated and I no longer have dry skin.

These items are my all time favourite Espa products. I cannot give them high enough praise when used individually but together they make an unbeatable team. I would highly recommend you give them a try.
