Redness Solutions Daily Relief Cream 50ml

I've been using this daily relief cream every day for 8 years, and up until now it has been by far the best cream for redness on the market - it WAS an absolute saviour. But, the formula has recently changed, and the ingredient list has not been updated on the website. Despite not changing my routine for nearly a decade (Redness Solutions Cleanser followed by Redness Solutions Daily Relief Cream), I've recently developed a pretty severe rash on my forehead and very dry patches on other parts of my upper face. Painful, itchy and bumpy. This new ingredient list now includes BHT, which is a restricted chemical substance in the UK, and while I can't be 100% sure it's the cause, it's the most likely reason for this sudden turn in problem skin. No previous formulas EVER included this chemical (which is used as a preservative). I don't know why you would put this in a product designed for people with sensitive, rosacea prone skin. After 8 years, I can no longer recommend this product. Be very cautious before applying to your face and do a patch test first for at least 24 hours before trialling it. It might just save you hundreds of £'s on dermatologist appointments and prescription creams, not to mention the stress. I still haven't recovered and it has been awful, to put it lightly. Please Clinique, revert back to the previous formula. Why change something that worked so well?

I cannot live without out this moisturiser. Makes my skin smooth, though my skin is not due to menopause and rosacea. When I wake up in the morning, after applying the moisturiser before bed my skin is so smooth and the rosacea looks calm. Brilliant. It's very thick consistency which I was a little sceptical about but the difference it makes is it's fabulous.

I've had rosacea for a few years and have tried so many different products. This works really well at moisturising my skin without causing a reaction. I just wish they sold this in a bigger size.

Absolutely best moisturiser ever and I can tell you I've bought them all. Please never stop making this product and please never change the product with other ingredients as it's ?? fantastic ?? Thank you Clinique even my son is using it. ?????

This cream along with the redness solutions facial wash helps calm any red irritated skin if I use it regularly. Happy to purchase with 20% reduction offer as I use it daily.

I have used the cream together with the 'Redness Solution' foundation for several years now and would not be tempted to change it for anything else. It works for me!

I love this cream I have rosacea and it suits me fine! No stinging or discomfort at all.

Fantastic for hormonal red skin so hydrating had a few issues with spots and sensitivity cleared my skin without drying .

Soothes and helps redness. A little goes a long way. Lasts for months.

Easy to apply, absorbs well and mutes redness. Leaves my skin soft but not greasy. And the beauty discount was an added incentive to try out an expensive product.

Nice cream. Moisturises ok. Did nothing at all to control or reduce any redness.

Too early to know if it makes a difference to my red checks. But feels nice on the skin. Has a nice consistency. And i like the soft scent.
