Moisture Surge™ Intense 72H Lipid-Replenishing Hydrator 50ml

Ignore any negative reviews - go to a clinique counter, if you can, to try it for yourself if you're not sure. I have dry skin with rosy cheeks but otherwise blemish free. This is the only thing I've used that really gives me that moisturised feeling that I crave. I buy the 125ml tub so I don't run out. It's the intense version or nothing for me. The usual moisture surge is no better than rubbing milk into my skin, it soaks in so fast :)

I have dry skin so really love this product and use it under my Clinique Moisturiser on a daily basis. Its not cheap but one doesn't need to use very muchfor it to be effective. Therefore value for money. So pleased M & S do Clinique as it's so handy to order online and collect from my local Simply Food Store. Does away with having to wait in to receive parcels.

I always use this as it’s perfect for my slightly dry skin, it’s none greasy and it’s quickly absorbed. You don’t need to use a large amount at a time , so it’s lasts well. I think it could be used for many skin types

I wouldn't say my skin is extremely dry but my skin is rosacea prone and very reactive. This didn't irritate at all and I really enjoyed using it. Perhaps a little too much as I went through a jar within a few weeks. Somehow I think this is better for me than the lighter formulation which I have used previously in older formulations. This felt very nice and made my skin very comfortable.

I went back to Clinique after trying some very generous free products from another high end skincare and cosmetics company. I use the Clinique redness solutions moisturiser normally but felt I needed a boost in the chilly winter weather . I was recommended this on live chat because I mentioned that I didn't really get on with the 100hr version of this ( I got free samples with purchase and felt it wasn't very moisturising ) This 72hr cream seems to be a better fit for my skin . As some other reviews have stated , it doesn't absorb as well as some other moisturisers so I tend to use at night so the excess that is sat on my skin doesn't matter so much . I have rosacea and it doesn't aggravate it . I also use the moisture surge night mask some evenings though , that might make a difference

I bought the intense version by accident as part of a set thinking it was the original. Admittedly this is my own fault but this cream does not suit my skin at all. It feels heavy and greasy and has broken me out in spots almost as soon as I started using it. Feels like I've wasted money buying this product but the original moisture surge is fantastic

It may be just me, but I have changed from the normal moisture surge to give this new one a go. As soon as I put it on my face (leaving a large area around my eyes free) the fumes make my eyes sting like I've put washing up liquid in my eyes! and I can't stop them from streaming! Not great when I'm trying to put on mascara for work! I use the Clinique moisture surge eye gel with no issues at all.

It’s calming and soothing especially as I have rosacea.

I use the normal Moisture Surge and it's fine on my hyper sensitive skin. Thought I'd try the intense and had an awful reaction to it, within a couple of days my skin was red, itchy and covered in hives. Wanted to leave this review in case someone else with really sensitive skin was thinking of trying it after the regular jar as well.

I normally get the other moisture surge and thought I'd try this one. Sorry I did. It's so greasy. Not for me. Stick with what I know and go back to what I had before.

I have used this product for a few years and find it one of the best on the market. I am so pleased that M & S are stocking Clinique, it makes life much easier for me. This Moisture-surge is light on the skin and easy to apply and does make a difference when you apply foundation, especially on older skin. Would recommend it and I use it over Dramatically Different Moisureiser by Clinique.

Very light and easily absorbed. Only need used a small amount and good for my sensitive skin.

So sad about this moisturiser, I'm 43 and love skincare products. I don't know if I have picked the wrong product for myself or it's just not very good but I genuinely don't see any benefits. I see no difference in my skin at all - I brought the 150mls if you get it, it will last you a long time as you don't need lots and it spreads and applies nicely but unfortunately I won't be buying this again and I feel I'm going to waste this which is s shame.

I was recommended this as my skin is very dry and sensitive but unfortunately it didn't deliver, it just sits on the surface of your skin and doesn't absorb. Very disappointing
