That’s why we are the only national retailer that can trace 100% of our beef back to the farm and animal it came from across our entire Foodhall. Whether it’s a weekend steak or the mince in a lasagne, you know you’re getting the best, every time. Plus, it’s all 100% British.

Meet our beef farmers

James King from Preston Bisset in Buckinghamshire is one of our dedicated M&S Select beef farmers. At Cowley Farm, he produces incredible Aberdeen Angus beef and, like all our M&S Select Farmers, James prides himself on the top-quality of his meat. Working with M&S as part of Pathway Farming, he provides us with perfectly marbled, high-quality beef using the best breeds. James also works hard to encourage natural wildlife on his farm by having uncultivated field margins, large areas of hedges and woodlands and fenced-off riversides.

Tom Kerridge's best-ever loaded burgers

There are burgers, then there are Tom Kerridge's best-ever loaded burgers.
