Heat a medium non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Add a drizzle of oil and the diced onion (1), cooking for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft, deeply golden and slightly charred at the edges. Remove from the heat, tip onto a plate and leave to cool.

Put the beef mince (1 pack) into a bowl. Once the onions are cool, add them to the mince with a good pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well, then divide into 4 even balls. Flatten into patties, place on a lined tray and chill for about 15 minutes to firm up.

Meanwhile, tip the rainbow slaw (1 pack) into a bowl with the parsley (10 g), campfire mayo (2 tbsp), mustard (2 tsp) and white wine vinegar (1 tbsp). Season lightly and mix well. Set aside.

Heat a large non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add a little oil, then place the burger patties into the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes until well browned underneath. Flip, place a slice of cheese (4 slices) on each burger, cook for 1 minute, then cover with a lid and remove from the heat. Leave until the cheese has fully melted.

Spread the base of each toasted bun (4) with the house burger pickle (2 tbsp). Top with a cheeseburger, followed by fiery pickles (4 tbsp) and a generous spoonful of rainbow slaw. Add the lids, secure with a skewer if you like, and serve straight away with chips or French fries.
