Melt the butter (40 g), then mix with the crushed digestives (150 g). Divide between 4 glasses and press down firmly to make a base.

Mix the soft cheese (1 tub) and yogurt (150 g) until smooth, then swirl through most of the jam (4 tbsp). Spoon over the biscuit bases.
