Season the tuna steaks (2) with salt. Heat a splash of oil in a griddle pan over a medium-high heat and add the tuna. Cook, undisturbed, for 2-3 minutes, until charred then flip and cook for a further 1-2 or until cooked to your liking. Add the lemon halves (1) to the pan for the last 1-2 minutes of cooking time, cooking flesh-side down to allow them to char.

Remove the tuna from the pan and squeeze over the charred lemons. Rest for 1 minute.

Serve the tuna steaks with the caponata (1 pot), the Greek-style beans (1 pot) and the lemon halves.
