Care- To maintain optimal compost health, aim for a consistent moisture level, avoiding both underwatering and waterlogging. Adjust your watering schedule according to the season: increase frequency during hot weather and reduce it in winter

Remove any dead or drying leaves and flowers to prevent disease. Turn occasionally for balanced growth and add a little general-purpose plant food to water every 2-4 weeks between spring and autumn if needed

Purchased as a Mother’s Day present, this hydrangea looked extremely healthy when it arrived with blooming flower heads and perfect greenery. To avoid wilting a careful mix of light and soil moisture is necessary to keep it in tip top condition.

Much smaller than it looked in the picture. Although soil felt moist, the first morning it was very wilted and unwell looking. I managed to revive it but it needs constant monitoring. I have had many hydrangeas over the years and bought this expensive (£45) one as I thought M + S, it will be good, however the £12 one I bought my daughter from the Co-Op is tons better quality. Sorry but you did ask!
