I ordered this tree after having a wonderful one by M&S last year. I am terribly dissapointed-the tree is half the size from last year, the decoration on it it’s terrible and it was delivered to me more than 24h later than the expetcted and additionally paid delivery slot.

Nice tree shame about the Next day Delivery. The new normal! Next day delivery takes a week? Nice of M&S to give next day delivery for free, probably because you can't (or shouldn't) charge for a service you know you cannot honour.
