Purchased as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how or why, it was delivered to my address instead of to my friend. It sat in hot sun for several hours until I got home. The happy ending to this story is that the plants were so well packed that a week later they look fresh and lovely.

Purchased this basket of roses for my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I thought these would last longer since planted in soil and followed instructions to keep fresh, only lasted less than a week! Very disappointing. We had a plant from another supermarket with 28 day freshness guarantee and still lasting 10 months later. Certainly not quality you would expect from M & S. Was only offered a 3rd of value as a gesture of goodwill. Makes me reluctant to consider further purchases from M & S in the future.
