On arrival rose basket looked good and well packaged , but after a few days, roses in bloom wilted and buds fell off, hopefully it will produce further buds, stems very thin.

Delivery excellent: quick and helpful. Re the plants themselves: initial beautiful blooms, which withered after a couple of days. This information was passed to M&S services, who were brilliant, and sent a replacement basket, which again arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the situation regarding the flowers was repeated in the second basket: poor blooms (though the plants are still alive) within days. The basket itself is of good quality and can be reused.
