Ordered these as a birthday present for my sister, as pink lilies have great sentimental value to her. They arrived beautifully packaged and on time. Unfortunately, even 7 days after her birthday, the flowers are still only buds and haven’t bloomed yet. Contacted customer service and after a bit of backwards and forwards was given a refund.
