Bought for a birthday present. Ordered on a Wednesday for the Saturday. It arrived on the following Tuesday. Disgusting delivery service. Totally unreliable and the customer service really wasn't any help at all. And yet you offered next day delivery!

What a Disappointing Birthday Gift
No, I don't recommend this
This was purchased as a birthday gift but arrived in terrible condition - it looked half dead with wilting roses which were nothing like the colour in the photograph. The recipient was very disappointed as was I. Unfortunately I will not be buying plants on line again from M&S.
