SIMON’S SAPPHIRE RASPBERRIES

During the Britain’s Got Talent auditions, the Judges will be pushing the Golden Buzzer for their My Marks Fave 

Recognised as the next big thing by Simon Cowell, our Sapphire raspberries are through to the semi finals of My Marks Fave 2020. Later this year, you’ll be able to get behind your favourite BGT Judge’s dish before one is crowned the winner. With a sweet jam flavour, it’s easy to see why these juicy raspberries stood out. Make them sing with our Bakewell recipe. Combine 50g butter with 50g golden caster sugar, then slowly add one egg. Fold in 70g ground almonds and 40g plain flour. Add raspberry jam to six ready-made or homemade tartlets. Spoon in the mix and top with flaked almonds. Bake until golden.
