Method

step 1
Bring a saucepan of water to the boil. Carefully lower in the M&S Remarksable Value free-range mixed size eggs (4) and cook for 6½ minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
step 2
Bring another saucepan of water to the boil, then add the M&S medium egg noodle (1 pack). Turn off the heat and leave to stand for 5-6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
step 3
Put the saucepan back over a medium heat. Add ¾ of the M&S soy, ginger and garlic paste (3/4 jar), the M&S Remarksable Value chicken stock pot (1), M&S Chinese five spice (1/2 tsp) and water (1.2 L). Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer. Add the M&S baby pak choi (1 pack) and cook for 5 minutes. Season the broth to taste.
step 4
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add half the M&S toasted sesame oil (1 tbsp), followed by the M&S Remarksable Value British sizzle steaks (1 pack). Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring regularly, until golden brown and cooked through. Stir through the remaining M&S soy, ginger and garlic paste (1/4 jar), then season to taste.
step 5
Peel and halve the eggs. Divide the noodles between serving bowls and top with the beef. Ladle over the broth and pak choi, then finish with the eggs and a drizzle of the remaining M&S toasted sesame oil (1 tbsp), plus a drizzle of M&S sriracha sauce (as needed), if you like.
