Use the black icing gel (as needed) to write "RIP" on each shortbread finger (4) to create little gravestones and set aside.

Divide the chocolate mousse (4) between 4 small glass jars.

Roughly chop the brownie bites (100 g) into small chunks, keeping some larger pieces for texture, then scatter over the mousse.

Blitz the cookies (3) into fine crumbs and sprinkle over the brownie pieces to create a layer of chocolatey mud.

Insert a shortbread tombstone into each jar at an angle.

Arrange the Freaky Fruity sweets (1 bag) and Colin the Caterpillar cola gums (as needed) around the tombstone to create a spooky graveyard scene.
