Line a tray or plate with greaseproof paper. Place the dates (1 pack) on the tray, leaving enough space between each one. Using a glass, gently push down on the dates to flatten them (you can place greaseproof paper on top of the date, so it doesn’t stick).

Add a dollop of the peanut butter (18 tsp) to each date and then smooth down with a back of a teaspoon. Top each date with a dollop of the mashed raspberries (150 g).

Melt the chocolate (100 g) in the microwave for 90 seconds, stirring at 30 second intervals, until melted.

Drizzzle over the melted chocolate, then sprinkle over the chopped hazelnuts (as needed) and a sprinkle of flaky salt (as needed), if you like.

Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to let the chocolate harden. These will keep in an airtight container for 4-5 days.
