Add the lentils (250 g) to a saucepan and then cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes, until nearly tender. Drain, then add back to the pan with the korma paste (1 jar). Refill the korma jar with water and add this to the pan. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the lentils are cooked through. In the final 2 minutes, stir through the sweetcorn (200 g). Season to taste with salt.

Meanwhile, heat the air fryer to 190°C. Spray the halloumi (1 block) with a little air fryer oil (as needed) and then air fry for 10 minutes, until golden brown.

Add the cucumber (1) to a mixing bowl with the lemon juice (1) and nigella seeds (1 tsp), and a pinch of salt.

Once the halloumi is cooked, toss through the mango chutney (50 g) until sticky.

Spoon the dal into bowls, top with the mango chutney halloumi and spoon over the cucumber salad.
