Heat a large saucepan over a medium heat with a glug of olive oil. Add the orzo (320 g) and toast for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in the stock pot (1), the butter beans (1 jar) and the cold water (500 ml). Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the orzo is cooked through.

Meanwhile, add one-third of the peas (100 g) to a blender with the pesto (100 g) and blitz until smooth.

Add the Tenderstem broccoli (200 g) to the orzo pan for the final 3 minutes of cooking, then stir in the remaining peas (200 g) for the final 1 minute.

Remove the pan from the heat, stir through the pea pesto and season to taste. Serve topped with the grated Parmesan (70 g) and the torn basil leaves (15 g).
