Muddle the melon (60 g), grapes (30 g), lime juice (30 ml) in a tall glass with the mint (1 handful). Pour in the rum (45 ml) and stir with a long cocktail spoon. Add the ice (1 handful) to the glasses. Top up with the lemon and lime soda (as needed). Thread some grapes onto a cocktail stick to garnish and add a wedge of fresh melon and a few mint leaves.
