Heat a large frying pan over a medium‑high heat. Add a glug of oil, then the beef mince (1 pack) and the peppers (3). Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. Stir in half of the hot sauce (2 tbsp) with 2 tbsp water. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cook the rice (2 packs) in the microwave according to the pack instructions. Stir through the drained beans (1 jar), lime zest (2) and the juice of 1 lime. Season to taste. Spoon into bowls, top with the beef, and drizzle over the remaining hot sauce (2 tbsp). Serve with the remaining lime, cut into wedges.
