Heat a dry frying pan over a medium heat and cook the piadina (4) for 1 minute on each side, until warmed through (keep warm in a clean tea towel as you work).

Spread 1 tbsp of the Greek-style dip (4 tbsp) over the base of each piadina.

Roughly mix the chicken (1 pack), semi-dried tomatoes (50 g), red peppers (100 g) and artichokes (75 g). Spoon over the dip and top with a handful of rocket (50 g). Wrap up and dig in.
