Heat the air fryer to 200°C. Add the taco triangles (6) and spray with olive oil (as needed), and season with salt. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, until golden. Remove and leave to cool.

Meanwhile, place the tomatoes (200 g), onion (1), coriander (10 g) and lime juice (1) to a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Pop the cabbage (1/2) in another bowl with the jalapeño (1) and lime zest and juice (1). Add a pinch of salt and scrunch together.

Put the basa fillets (4) in the air fryer and spray with olive oil, then coat them in the Cajun seasoning (3 tbsp). Air fry for 15 minutes, until cooked through and golden.

Season the beans (2 jars) with a little salt and stir in the cumin (1 tsp), then spoon into bowls. Flake over the Cajun basa, and serve with the pickled red cabbage slaw, the pico de gallo and the tortilla chips.
