Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add a glug of oil, then the beef mince (500 g). Cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring, until browned.

Stir in the soy, ginger and garlic paste (2 tbsp). Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Mix the sriracha (4 tbsp), light soy sauce (2 tbsp), sesame oil (1 tbsp) and honey (1 tbsp) with the water (2 tbsp) to make a pourable sauce.

Microwave the rice (2 pouches) according to the pack instructions.

Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Cook the Tenderstem broccoli (200 g) for 3 minutes, until just tender, then drain well.

Spoon the rice into bowls. Top with the beef, broccoli, grated carrot (2) and sliced peppers (2). Drizzle over the sauce and scatter with sesame seeds (1 tbsp).
