Spread 4 tbsp of the sweet chilli sauce (4 tbsp) over the salmon fillets (2). Pop in the air fryer and cook at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Flake the salmon into a bowl, discarding the skin.

Meanwhile, heat a splash of oil in a large wok or frying pan over a high heat, then add the spring onions (1 bunch) and pepper (1) and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the rice (2 pouches) and cook for 2 minutes, until hot, breaking up with a spoon, then stir in the cooked salmon, the peas (200 g) and the remaining chilli sauce (4 tbsp). Heat through for 1 minute, then serve.
