Pat the chicken wings (750 g) dry with kitchen paper. Tip into a bowl with the vegetable oil (1 tbsp), toss to coat, then add the cornflour (2 tbsp) and toss again until evenly coated.

Heat the air fryer to 200°C. Arrange the wings in a single layer (cook in batches if needed) and air fry for 20 minutes, turning halfway, until crisp, golden and cooked through.

Meanwhile, combine the cucumber (1), edamame (150 g), chilli (1) and 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar (1 tbsp) in a small bowl.

Mix the honey (1 tbsp), remaining rice wine vinegar (1 tbsp) and soy sauce (2 tsp) in a separate small bowl.

Microwave the rice (2 pouches) for 2 minutes, according to pack instructions.

Spoon the rice into bowls. Toss the hot wings in the sauce, then serve on top of the rice with the cucumber salad. Scatter over the sesame seeds (1 tbsp) to finish.
