Slice the watermelon (1) into two large, 2.5cm thick circles through the middle. Wrap the two end bits of watermelon to use another day.

Cut each of the circles into six triangles.

Toast the coconut (1 tbsp) in a small dry frying pan over a medium heat until golden.

Spread each of the triangles with a little yogurt (50 g). Decorate each with kiwi chunks (50 g), blueberries (50 g), or strawberry (50 g) and coconut. Grate over a little lime zest (1). Serve straight away.
