Preheat the grill to medium.

Add the nectarines (2), lime zest and juice (1), red onion (1/2) and basil (1 handful) to a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Grill the prawns (1 pack) on a foil-lined baking tray for 5-7 minutes, according to the pack instructions.
