Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Add the garlic (2 cloves), smoked paprika (1/2 tsp), white wine stock pot (1), cherry tomatoes (350 g), water (150 ml) and double cream (150 ml) to a large (35x25cm), deep ovenproof dish and season with salt and pepper.

Place the salmon fillets (4) on top and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through.

Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan filled with salted water to a boil. Add the pasta (400 g) and cook for 9-11 minutes, until al dente.

Once the salmon is cooked, discard the skin, then add the spinach (80 g) and cooked pasta to the baking dish. Stir until the spinach is wilted and the salmon has broken up into bite-sized chunks.

Serve in bowls, finishing with plenty of fresh basil leaves (15 g).
