Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Line two large baking trays with greaseproof paper. Mix the cheddar (100 g) and sweetcorn (400 g) and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon onto the greaseproof paper in four circles, flattening down with a spatula. Spray with a little oil (as needed). Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown, then allow to cool on the sheet.

Meanwhile, mix the tuna (1 tin) with the campfire mayo (1 tbsp).

Being careful as you remove them from the baking tray, fill the wraps with the smoky tuna, the avocado (1) and the spinach (1 handful), finishing with a few fiery pickles (as needed), if you like. Gently fold in half then dig in.
