Heat a splash of oil in a medium frying pan over a medium heat and add the onion (1) and pepper (1) with a pinch of salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until softened, then stir in the garlic (3 cloves) and chipotle paste (1 tbsp). Cook for 2 minutes then stir in the kidney beans (1 tin). Re-fill the tin halfway with water and add this too. Heat through for 15 minutes until reduced. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Heat the rice (1 pack) in the microwave according to the pack instructions.

Roughly chop the chicken (1 pack).

De-stone and dice the avocados (2) and dress with the juice of the lime (1).

To assemble, pile the bean mix, rice, chicken and avocado into the wraps (4) then finish with some fresh coriander (5 g) and a drizzle of hot sauce (as needed).

Wrap up then seal the edges. Wrap tightly in foil for the freezer, or, if eating straight away, heat through in a dry non-stick frying pan over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the edges of the wraps are golden brown and starting to crisp up.
