Add the ice (2 handfuls) to two large spritz glasses. Top up with the Lambrusco (350 ml) and blood orange soda (150 ml), then give it a stir. Add a few drops of orange bitters (10 drops) to each, then gently stir again. Garnish with two slices of grapefruit (1/2).
