Pop two tall glasses in the freezer for about 15 minutes so they are chilled and frosty.
step 2
Cut one of the limes (1) into quarters. Run a wedge around the rim of each glass. Put the Tajin seasoning (2 tbsp) on a plate and dip the rims into it, rotating to coat evenly.
step 3
Add the tomato mocktail (230 ml), juice of 1 lime (1), hot sauce (2 tsp) and Worcestershire sauce (1 tsp) to a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Taste and add extra hot sauce if you it on the fiery side.

Add a small handful of ice (2 handfuls) to each of the glasses and pour in the tomato mixture, then top each one with ice cold Mexican lager (350 ml).
