Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4 and grease and line a 20cm square baking tin.

In a large bowl, add the cookie mix (2 boxes), butter (70 g) and cold water (15 ml) and bring together to form a dough. Break up the chocolate from the mix and add to the dough. Press down into the lined tin and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Melt the butter (100 g) for the brownie in the microwave, then add the chocolate chunks from the brownie mix (1 box) and microwave until melted.

Empty the contents of the sugar and egg mix sachet into a large bowl. Add water (90 ml) and whisk for 3 minutes.

Add the chocolate and butter mix to the sugar and egg mix and fold followed by the flour and cocoa mix, marshmallows (15 g) and malt balls (50 g). Add to the top of the cookie dough and bake for 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.

Top with some extra chopped malt balls (as needed), marshmallows (as needed) and a drizzle of s'mores sauce (as needed).
