step 1
To make the strawberry spritz, fill a tall tumbler with ice (3) and pour over the tequils (25 ml). Top with the red chilli (1/2) and the soda (175 ml), then gently stir. Squeeze in the juice of the lime (1/2) and garnish with a sliced strawberry (1).
step 2
To make the spicy frozen margarita, place the Tajin (1 tbsp) onto a shallow plate. Moisten the edge of a short glass with a little lime juice (1), then press the Tajin into the rim the glass. Chill in the fridge.
step 3
Blitz the frozen mango (125 g) with the remaining juice from the lime, the brown sugar (1 tsp), the tequila (30 ml), the orange brandy liqueur (20 ml), the ice cubes (2) and the hot sauce (1/2 tsp) in a high-powered blender until it has a slushy-like consistency. Decant into the glass.
step 4
To make the spicy mezcal margarita with chilli and lime salt, combine the lime zest (1), salt (1 tsp), chilli flakes (1/2 tsp) and sugar (1/2 tsp) on a shallow plate. Use the lime to moisten the edge of a short glass, then press into the chilli and lime salt rim. Add ice cubes (3) to the glass then top up with the margarita tin (1 tin) and finish with a squeeze of lime juice.
