Method

step 1
Warm the refried beans (1 tin) and fajita seasoning (1 tsp) in a small saucepan set over a medium heat.
step 2
Add to a medium rectangular baking dish or glass container (approx 25 x 30cm).
step 3
Add ¾ of the soured cream (225 ml) to a small bowl and combine with the jarred jalapeños (25 g). Spoon this on top of the refried beans layer, followed by the olive and cheddar mix (1 tub).
step 4
Combine the tomato salsa (1 tub) with the diced tomatoes (200 g) and spoon this on top of the olives.
step 5
Peel and de-stone the avocados (2) then mash in a pestle and mortar with the lime juice (2) and season with salt and pepper.
step 6
Spread the avocado layer across the top of the dip, smoothing with the spoon. Use the remaining soured cream (75 ml) to form football pitch-shaped lines across the top – you can use a piping bag to create very neat lines, or a teaspoon for a more rustic look! Use the pretzel sticks (8) to create ‘goals’ and decorate with flags and a mini football, if you like.
step 7
Serve with the tortillas (1 bag) for dunking, alongside crunchy crudités, if you like.
